The classic Florida pool finish. A smooth white surface reflects the most light, so the water reads bright and crisp and the pool feels larger and cleaner.
See Your Finishes, Tile and Decking in One Place.
Choosing materials is the fun part—and the part most homeowners want to see before they decide. Here are the finishes, waterline tiles and deck materials we build with most, shown the way they actually look around a Florida pool.
The Finish Sets Your Water Color.
Plaster samples in a showroom rarely look like the finished pool. What matters is how the material reads underwater, in sunlight, with your water depth. These are the finishes we install most, starting with our two primary options.

Caribbean Glass Bead (Actual Pool Photo)
A real photo from one of our finished pools: Florida Stucco with Caribbean Glass Bead. The blended glass beads catch the sun underwater, giving the surface depth and sparkle you can’t see on a dry sample board.

White Plaster

Blue Finish (Our Preferred)
Our most-requested option. The darker base gives the water a deeper, resort-style blue, hides everyday dust and surface shading, and looks striking in Southwest Florida sun.

Pebble Finish
Small natural pebbles set in the plaster. The most durable of the common finishes, with a textured, natural feel underfoot and a lagoon-like water color.

Quartz Finish
Quartz crystals blended into the plaster add hardness, stain resistance and a slight shimmer underwater. A step up from standard plaster in both look and lifespan.

Pearl / Premium Blend
A premium blended finish with a pearlescent sheen. The water takes on a soft glow that changes through the day as the sun moves across the pool.
The Same Finish, Dry and Full of Water.
These are manufacturer boards for the Florida Stucco finishes we install most. Each one shows the finish sample close up, the pool before it is filled, and the finished water color—the fairest way to judge a finish before you choose.

Florida Pearl
Warm tropical aqua
Warm cream, amber and caramel pebbles. Reads sandy and sun-washed dry, and turns a warm tropical aqua once the pool is filled.

Silver Pearl
Clean, cool blue
Cool gray and charcoal pebbles in a light base. A neutral, modern finish that gives a clean blue water color.

Blue Breeze
Bright Caribbean blue
A blue-tinted base with fine pebble. One of the strongest choices when you want a bright, resort-style blue.

Mosaic
Deep tropical blue
Light base with scattered cobalt blue accents. Subtle when dry, rich and deep once the pool is filled.

Petite Pearl
Vivid turquoise
Fine gold and amber pebble in a pearl base. Produces a vivid turquoise water color with a soft shimmer.

Petite Silver
Soft, light blue
The finest, smoothest of the silver blends. Light and understated, with a soft blue water color.

Florida Stucco with Caribbean Glass Bead
Shimmering Caribbean blue
A timeless blend of Florida Stucco plaster with Caribbean Glass Bead for a stunning, durable finish that shimmers like the sea.

The Deck Is Where You Actually Live.
Deck material decides how the space looks, how it drains and—in Florida—how hot it gets underfoot. Standard concrete pavers cover most projects; premium natural stone is the upgrade homeowners notice every day.
Standard Paver Colors

Azure Cove
Neutral, works with almost any home color.

Sand / Tan
Warm tone that stays comfortable underfoot.

Charcoal
Modern contrast; best with shaded decks.

Shell White
Coolest standard color in full Florida sun.
Common Laying Patterns

Running Bond
Staggered rows. Simple, clean and the most economical to install.

Square / Basketweave
Paired pavers turned in alternating directions for a woven look.

French Pattern
Four sizes repeated in a classic Old-World layout. Common with travertine.

3-Piece Pattern
Three paver sizes mixed for a random, natural-stone appearance.
Premium & Upgraded Materials

Ivory Travertine
Natural stone that stays noticeably cooler than concrete. Warm cream tone, softly textured, the most requested premium upgrade.

Silver Travertine
The same cool-underfoot stone in a cooler gray palette, ideal for modern or coastal-contemporary homes.

Shellstone
Coral-based stone with visible fossil shell detail. Light, slip-resistant and unmistakably coastal.

Large-Format Porcelain
Oversized slabs with minimal joints for a clean, high-end contemporary deck that resists staining.
